Nestled in the peaceful Northwoods of Wisconsin, Evergreen Haven offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and natural beauty for family vacations, reunions, retreats, and outdoor adventures.
The Main Lodge features 3 spacious bedrooms and 3½ bathrooms, providing plenty of room for your group to relax and unwind. Just steps away, the Bunkhouse offers 2 additional bedrooms, a loft sleeping area, a Murphy bed, and 2 full bathrooms—ideal for larger groups or families traveling together.
Both buildings feature fully equipped kitchens with large center islands, making meal preparation and gathering easy and enjoyable. After a day of exploring, guests can gather in the lodge's expansive lower-level bar and entertainment area, perfect for socializing, games, and making memories.
Wraparound decks on both buildings provide beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, creating the perfect setting for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply enjoying the peaceful outdoors.
Conveniently located between Lipsett Lake and Rice Lake, Evergreen Haven offers easy access to fishing, boating, kayaking, and other recreational activities. Public access to Lipsett Lake is located just one-half mile from the property.
We welcome well-behaved pets with prior approval. If you are considering bringing your pet, please contact the property manager by email or text before booking and include details about your pet, such as breed, size, and any special needs.
A one-time pet fee applies to help cover additional cleaning and maintenance.

For cancellations made between 14 and 29 days before check-in, guests will receive a 50% refund for all nights, minus an 8% processing fee.
If guests cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation is at least 14 days before check-in, a 100% refund for all nights will be issued, minus an 8% processing fee.
For cancellations within 48 hours of booking and 7-14 days before check-in, guests will receive a 50% refund for all nights, minus an 8% processing fee.
Cancellations processed 14 days or less before the arrival date are not eligible for any refund up to 30 days. Renters can consider mitigating this loss by purchasing Travel Insurance from a third-party provider. No refunds are provided for early departure. Extenuating circumstances may be considered at the discretion of the owner.
